USA Premium Appliances Terms & Conditions for Virtual Appliance Diagnostic

USA Premium Appliances provides a virtual diagnostic and estimate service for household appliances ("Service") through the review of customer-submitted photos and videos of appliances. This Service aims to offer guidance on potential appliance issues and repair estimates based on available visual and audio information.

 

2. Disclaimer of Diagnosis Accuracy

The diagnostic results provided through this Service are based solely on the photos, videos, and descriptions submitted by the customer. Given the limited information, our diagnosis may not be accurate, comprehensive, or sufficient for repair purposes. USA Premium Appliances does not guarantee any specific outcome, diagnosis accuracy, or successful resolution of appliance issues based on the Service.

 

3. No Warranty

This Service is provided "as-is" and "as available," without any warranties, whether express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

USA Premium Appliances does not guarantee that:

  • The Service will meet your expectations or requirements.

  • The diagnosis will accurately reflect the appliance’s condition.

  • Using the Service will prevent or mitigate appliance issues or future repairs.

 

4. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall USA Premium Appliances, its employees, agents, or contractors be liable for any damages (including but not limited to incidental, consequential, or punitive damages) arising out of or related to:

  • Use or reliance on any diagnosis or estimate provided by the Service.

  • Any appliance failure, further damage, or repair needs following a diagnostic.

  • Any costs, expenses, or losses resulting from inaccurate or incomplete diagnosis.

Your use of the Service is at your own risk, and you assume full responsibility for any actions taken based on the Service's results.

 

5. No Repair Services Provided

This Service is strictly for virtual diagnostics and estimates. We do not offer repair services or facilitate repairs directly. We also do not endorse or guarantee the work of any third-party service providers or repair technicians. Any repair services pursued based on our estimates or diagnostics are solely at the customer’s discretion.

 

6. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and clear photos, videos, and information when using our Service. The quality of the diagnosis depends on the quality and clarity of the information provided. USA Premium Appliances is not responsible for any inaccuracies in diagnosis resulting from insufficient, unclear, or incomplete submissions.

 

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless USA Premium Appliances, its employees, agents, and contractors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs) arising out of or connected to your use of the Service.
