1. Coverage Period

"Appliance Store Near Me" (“the Company”) warrants that any used appliance sold by the Company is covered under this warranty for a period of two (2) years, one (1) year, OR ninety (90) days [disclosed at time of purchase] from the date of purchase, provided that the customer retains and presents proof of purchase at the time of service.
 

If an appliance is repaired or replaced under this warranty, the original warranty period remains in effect from the original date of purchase. The warranty period does not restart as a result of any repair or replacement.
 

2. Scope of Warranty

This warranty covers:

• Repair or replacement of defective parts or appliances purchased from the Company.

• Only defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use.
   

3. Customer Responsibilities

To receive warranty service, the customer must:

•  Bring the appliance to Appliance Store Near Me, located at 2964 S Rainbow Dr, 215 B, Decatur, GA 30034. 

• Provide valid proof of purchase at the time of service.

• Pay any applicable travel fees if requesting off-site service.

Note: The Company does not offer service calls to a customer’s residence or off-site location under this warranty without payment of a travel fee, which will be quoted in advance and must be agreed upon by the customer prior to dispatch.
 

4. Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, or broken plastic.

• Damage due to misuse, abuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, improper installation, or accidents.

• Damage from electrical surges, fire, flood, acts of God, or use outside of manufacturer recommendations.

• Consumable parts (e.g., filters, bulbs).

• Commercial or industrial use of residential appliances.

• Loss of food or other perishable items due to appliance malfunction.

• Any appliance sold “AS-IS” without warranty (clearly marked at time of sale).
   

5. Disclaimer on Refurbished and Repaired Appliances

The Company makes no guarantees or representations regarding the future performance, longevity, or continued functionality of any refurbished or repaired appliance. Appliances are sold in used or refurbished condition and may contain parts that have experienced previous wear.
 

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Georgia law:

• "Appliance Store Near Me" shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of profits, or loss of business opportunities, arising out of or related to the use or inability to use any appliance.

• The Company’s liability is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of the appliance under the terms of this warranty.

• This warranty is the exclusive warranty and supersedes all other express or implied warranties, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
   

7. Governing Law

This Warranty Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, specifically those applicable in DeKalb County, GA. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located within DeKalb County, Georgia.
 

8. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
 

9. Entire Agreement

This document constitutes the entire warranty agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior understandings or representations, whether written or oral.
 

Acknowledgement by Customer

By purchasing an appliance from "Appliance Store Near Me", the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions of this Warranty Agreement.
